FIF Frame Ionite Filter
- Frame ionite filters (FIF) are designed for air
purification from NH3, HF, HCl, SO2, CrO3, organic acids and amines;
acid, alkali, toxic salt aerosols (NiCl2, Ni2SO4, CdSO4).
- FIF filters are characterized by high
purification efficiency (90-95%); total automation of purification
process; low power consumption; reliability of operation and
maintenance ease;
- Purification efficiency practically doesn’t depend on fluctuations of pollution agent concentrations and air-flow speed.
- Air purification is carried out during the
filtration of the air through MION® ion-exchange filter media which
functional groups bind toxic components.
Contactor Filters (FC)
- Contactor filters (FC) are designed for air
purification from NH3, HCl, SO2, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and other
gases and vapors.
- FC filters are characterized by:high purification
efficiency (90-98%); total automation of purification process; minimal
power consumption (20 times less than when purifying by scrubbers);
reliability of operation and maintenance ease; purification efficiency
practically doesn’t depend on fluctuations of pollution agent
concentrations and air-flow speed; possibility of heated air
purification (up to 600С); low sensitivity to air dustiness; low
aerodynamic resistance (50 – 100 Pa);
- Possibility of air purification with low and high moisture content 10-100 rel%).
- Air purification is carried out by means of
diffusive movement of contaminating gas and vapor molecules to the
surface of contractor unit plates and their further chemical binding by
the functional groups of MION® ion-exchange filter materials.
FIF-FC Combined Filter
- Combined filters (FIF-FC) are designed for air
purification from NOx, NH3, HF, HCl, SO2, CrO3, organic acids (acetic,
formic); acid, alkali, toxic salts aerosols (NiCl2, NiSO4, CdSO4 and
etc.)
- FIF-FC filters are characterized by: high
purification efficiency; total automation of purification process;
minimal power consumption; reliability of operation and maintenance
ease; purification efficiency practically doesn’t depend on
fluctuations of pollution agent concentrations and air-flow speed;
possibility of heated air purification (up to 600оС);
Possibility of air purification with low moisture content (from 10 to 100rel%)..air purification is carried out in 2 stages:
1 by means of
diffusive movement of contaminating gas and vapor molecules to the
surface of contactor unit plates and their further chemical binding by
the functional groups of MION® ion-exchange filter materials.
2 the filtration of the air through MION® ion-exchange filter media which functional groups bind toxic components.
